The AW1251SE 12" subwoofer features a treated paper cone for quick response and warm-sounding bass. The PHAT foam surround keeps cone movement under control for even low-frequency reproduction. The heavy-duty stamped-steel basket is protected by an attractive, durable chrome finish, and a cool-looking "Special Edition" grille is included to guard against accidental cone damage.

The AW1251SE comes with dual 4-ohm voice coils for system wiring flexibility —— it can be wired for 2-ohm (coils wired in parallel), 8-ohm (coils wired in series), or 4-ohm impedance (each coil wired independently)
